• What’s involved:
In conjunction with managers, contribute to the identification of management information to produce an overall divisional strategy to best meet the needs of the division and/or department.
To assist with the management of effective performance systems to ensure there is co-ordination and reliable information reports for divisional service centres to meet business performance and statutory data return requirements. Examples of statutory DoH returns include RAP, SR1, KS1, HH1 and PAF Performance Indicators.
To collect, co-ordinate, collate, analyse and interpret management information, and to identify trends, comparative performance and significance for divisional services, other agencies and groups. To be done in conjunction with Activity & Finance Officers where appropriate
