Full Description:
• What’s involved:
To work closely with customers and the Technical & Desktop teams to understand their requirements. Define the deliverables, resource requirements and work plan, and manage their development and delivery.
To produce quotations for the customer based on the hardware / software and resources required for the work.
To ensure that the work package/project is delivered within the financial requirements and to the agreed timescale of the Business Unit.
To attend resource planning meetings and work with the technical team managers to assign resources to each work package/project.
To liaise with the admin team to arrange the procurement and timely delivery of any hardware/software required for each work package.
To ensure all work on the work packages are accurately recorded and recharged.
To update technical documentation with any changes that have been made to the infrastructure due to work packages / minor projects.
To provide some administrative support to the Technical Team managers as and when required.
