RESTAURANT MANAGER REQUIRED

We, Korean Restaurant, are dedicated to provide Korean traditional cuisine not only for Koreans, also for International people. We are looking for a manager who should be able to take full control of our high-quality service operated in the restaurant, and who could be responsible for promoting profits.

Job title: Restaurant Manager Job Type: Full Time Payment: £20k - £24k p.a. depending on exp. Closing Date: 09 th April 2010 Duties and responsibilities: * Planning catering services and directing junior staff. * Deciding on range and quality of meals and beverages to be provided or discussing customer\'s requirements for special occasions no matter they are Koreans or not. * Purchasing or directing the purchasing of supplies and arranging for preparation of accounts * Verifying that the high quality of Korean foods, beverages and waiting service are as required and that kitchen and dining areas are kept clean in compliance with statutory requirements. * Planning and arranging food preparation in collaboration with other staff and organizing the provision of waiting or counter staff. * Checking that supplies are properly used and accounted for to prevent wastage and loss and to keep within budget limit.

Essential Requirements: * Must be fluent in Korean and English language knowledge. * Must have such general knowledge of Korean traditional foods as material, processing, serving and marketing. Qualification: * Minimum NVQ level 3 above or 3 years experience * Must be self-motivated and be empowered by effective leadership.
