Service Charge Accountant with Qube needed for leading Property management company
Our client is a leading Property Management and Consultancy company, based in Central London, which specialises in dealing with all types of property within the private sector
This property management company has an impressive property portfolio and an extensive client network. Our client is looking for an experienced Service Charge/Client Accountant with working knowledge of QUBE for an ongoing temporary role. To be considered for this Service Charge/Client Accountant role, you will have extensive experience of service charge and client accounting from within the Property Management sector and have prepared analysis of actual capital and revenue expenditure versus budget, correctly allocated cost and calculated year end balancing charge and prepared service charge budgets.
You must have QUBE experience and be confident in dealing effectively and efficiently with tenant queries. This is an exciting Service Charge/Client Accounting for an individual with proven service charge experience from within the Property Management sector.
