Job Description
If you are a Junior Helpdesk Support Analyst and have worked for a professional organisation such as a law firm, financial services company or bank, this is an ideal opportunity to join a busy helpdesk team in a challenging office environment. You MUST have a proven record of working with ITIL, specifically Incident Management and a strong history of providing 1st/2nd line support on a busy helpdesk.
You will utilise your skills/experience in the following:
MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Document Management Systems (DMS) and have an understanding of PC technology.
You will also have strong client facing skills and be able to communicate confidently with individuals at all levels.
This position also pays a shift allowance
