Job Description
We are currently looking for an experienced Home Manager to take on the running of a large nursing home near Radlett in Hertfordshire. This period building has 57 beds and provides nursing and personal care for older people, people with a physical disability and people who have a dementia. You will be responsible for overall management and development the home, ensuring the highest quality of care is delivered and that it meets individual\'s needs effectively through effective management of staff and agreed financial targets.You will have excellent communication skills and have the determination to run a team effectively and drive the home forward.
